Thought I'd post a few photos of the little throw party that Alan H arranged this past Sunday. It was just as much fun as last time, but I was wiser and didn't try to do everything this time.


Here's how I spent a great deal of the afternoon:






Panache, on the other hand, did a bit more than was wise.

We started with a little lecture on technique (note the real highland athletes in this photo and in many of the ones to follow-they're the big guys with the muscles! )






Then everyone tried the stone throw, after Alan demonstrated:
