Hello from Des Moines, Iowa
Hello,
I'm Leonard Tinker, 64, in Des Moines. My mother's maiden name was McGregor, though I now chose to spell it MacGregor. I recently recieved a complete package from Scotweb, kilt in 16 ounce wool in the modern MacGregor tartan. I have 3 grandsons, aged 3, 7 and 11, they all have kilts in the MacGregor tartan too, though my sense of cheap has prevented me from getting them Prince Charlie jackets. I did buy plain black suits for the 3 year old and the 7 year old and I probably will for the 11 year old as well. Last week the 3 year old accompanied me to the Robert Burns night.
Regards,
Leonard (MacGregor) Tinker

Welcome from a cold & snowy Southwest "Misery" -- I come from a long line of Iowans, and my grandmother was born in East Village, in the shadow of the State Capitol. I proudly wear the Iowa state tartan in honour of my Scottish ancestors who settled in Knoxville.
