Iron Thistle
For those of us in north Texas....Rahr Brewery just releases their seasonal Scottish-style ale called the Iron Thistle. It's described as "...tribute to the historical wee heavy ales of Scotland. This dark ruby, almost black ale is full of big malt character. It features generous amounts of caramel and roasted malts and subtle amounts of noble hops."
It's truly a nice beer.

Re: Iron Thistle
It sounds great! I am a fan of the malty beers, especially when they go easy on the hops.
