World Pride 2012 in London
Today was World Pride in London, and despite a certain ammount of last minutes changes to plans by the organisers the day went off well,
It did rain for a little but most of the day was good.
There were several kilts , I'll post some of them later including the Gay Gordons.
I've been making a kilt for myself over tha last week from small remants from earlier client kilts, I think there are about 24 different tartans contained within the pleats!
Most people saw the kilt and didn't really notice anything special, until I turned!but then I think there were pleasantly amused!

and a close up of the pleats and lining

I like the transition of main colors from the red to the blues and greens, Well done. Glad the fest went off well.

I like it! Goes to show, no reason we can't have some fun with the kilt - doesn't always have to be so serious and literal. Nice twist on tradition, and you wear it well. Cheers and Happy Pride! Oh, and I almost forgot, the lining looks delicious.
