    I don't know the person but I know the location. The photo in the link was taken just outside the optical shop that I go to for all my glasses. If you go to Google maps and put in the address 70 E Lake St, Chicago, Cook, Illinois 60601 and hit the street view you can see it. Look north along Garland Court for the site of the photo.

    On the other hand, why is a man of Irish heritage wearing a Scottish dress tartan (and I emphasise dress).
    He should be encouraged to find something Irish or Appalachian.
