    Going Formal

    Hello All,

    On the 8th of next month I'll be in Edinburgh for a formal piping dinner, So the question is will i pass muster?

    btw i do have a normal style formal type sporran but it has seen better days

    Yes indeed ... that will do nicely! Pipers, in particular, often sport muckle hairy sporrans.

    RSV piper, I like the colored vest (waist coat) with the (is it black?) jacket. Your hose look really "finished" and formal too. While your not wearing a P.C., for me the set up that you have going on here, along with your bow tie make it formal appropriate for me. I think you can go to your formal pipping dinner knowing that your looking good.
