Correct pronunciation for Mallaig?

I'd agree with Jock on this one, that's how I heard it when I've been there a few times. Whether it is grammatically correct in the Gaelic I have no Idea, But it is how it is generally spoken now.

Emphasis is on the first syllable in nearly all gàidhlig words.( Pronounced GARL - IK )
