Alan, the pack was not as heavy as it looks. I had a tent and roll mat strapped on to the backpack with the rain cover over it. It makes a huge appearance.

Lovely wedding picture. Not sure I would ever be brave enough to post one of mine here (neither of my weddings were kilted, though).
