I'll admit in years past (pre piper days) I was guilty O` the fake Irish accent (although I didnt do the leprechaun type) and had people ask if I was visiting from the emerald Isle and I admit that it was usually about 10 pints into the night that it would slip out...in my defence when I talk to someone with an accent I tend to pick up on it and use it myself......

you should have seen me after two weeks in alabama

    yours aye,

Well, not quite the same thing, but...

I've found that after a good number of drinks ('round ten) I kind of slip into a Maritimes accent. See, both my parents are from Nova Scotia. Sounds almost Irish. Hope I don't go offending anyone...

Sounds like this is right up his alley (may offend - don't click it if you're easily offended.)

Irish people do not talk like the Lucky Charms leprechaun. You just sound like a retarded Australian.

This one wants to make me want to hurt the OP.
