    Aye,

Off to work in my olive mocker, white shirt, tartan tie, off green kilt hose, and brown wingtips in honor of my 1/32nd Irish blood from Mary Ann Shemailia.

Happy St. Padtricks day to you guys and gals too!

My wife and I are planning to have drinks and a meal tonight at one of the local pubs, the Kilt & Caber. I'll be wearing either my forest green Buzz Kidder or my rather icky-looking Irish national Stillwater economy kilt. If I remember to take my camera pics will be posted once we get home.

I agree, a happy saint Paddy's day to everyone

I went downtown last night for St. Pats to
an Irish bar with a big "too-doo" going on.
Big tent outside the bar with music, Irish dancers
etc....Really good blues band playing (Chris Cain).
Wore my Black Watch kilt, grey socks, black balmoral
(red dicing) with a big "plant badge" stuck in.....
anyway....lots of smiles and such. A few women sidled up and had their pic taken with me. Couple of attractive ladies came up and said "Cheers! Up your kilt"! Then, an incredibly good looking woman DRAGGED
me out on the dance floor. (I usually hate to dance, not too good a dancer). It was fun and flattering but I thanked her afterwards and bee-lined it back to
my standing spot by the stage muttering the mantra to
myself "I AM MARRIED, I AM MARRIED, I AM MARRIED"...LOL.......Anyway, this last bit is the funniest....I left the bar and hopped on the "light rail" train to go back home, but I forgot to make sure it was the RIGHT train (they've added a line since I rode it last) well, after a time I found myself deep into the wrong area of the city (a slightly dangerous part of town) so I had to get off the train and wait for a return train back into town.
Middle of nowhere, 11:30 at night wearing a kilt.
Thought I was gonna get mugged for sure.......Well
after about 10 minutes, this nice young woman who got off at the same time as myself and was aware of my predicament
comes DRIVING back and offers me a ride home. She walked to her house, got her car and came back for me! That was one of the kindest things anyone's every done and quite a risky thing for a lone woman to do. So anyway, the evening was eventful and over-all fun and the kilt was a hit as usual.
Anybody else have any interesting St. Pats' experiences this year?
    Cheers!
