Sporran Hangers
I know there were some (one?) threads about an alternative to sporran chains/belts. A pair of loops for the kilt belt type deally. But I can't find them. I have tried every set of search terms I can think of, but no luck.
Does anyone know which threads they were or have the pictures?

I think they are at the USA Kilts site, as well as Oconee Leather Works (sp? sorry!)
I know they have been reviewed several times on this forum, not sure what advice there. I'll go look.

I've got some ordered from Oconee, just (im)patiently waiting for them to arrive along with my new sporran belt.
I know Dirk Skene has some, so he could probably answer any questions about how they feel and work.

I have two pair of chestnut colored hangers from Oconee in my shop and three pair of black from Buzz Kidder.
They are already across the border and may save you some duty and GST.

Thanks guys. The first link posted was one I found, no real use, I was looking for pictures. The second link, which for the life of me I couldn't find through search had a link to the pics I remembered. I also tried the USA kilts site, but couldn't find them, the links just go to the sporran page.
Thanks for the info Wizard, I will keep it in mind, but I was looking for pics because I am not completely useless when it comes to leatherwork (just when it comes to tooling it), and I was kinda maybe going to try making them myself out of various left overs I have kicking around.

Just as an FYI, I have a pair from USAK and I like them. the only drawback is when you have remove one of the Loops to use the facilities. Other than that, they are great.

Try this one
Steve also makes these adapters so you can wear the sporran directly on your belt.

You can get them at Matt Newsome's museum giftshop. Scroll about halfway down.
