Sturdy skirt a hit with Swedish workmen

I bought mine from Armadillo Workwear of Glasgow, Scotland.
It just meets our criteria of a kilt by having an overlapping front apron, and sort of pleats at the back. Slightly longer than a traditional kilt. I've worn mine a few times out and about when its been a bit windy for a traditional kilt.
