The big difference between me and the pros is that they're a whole, whole freaking lot stronger than I am. I'm goin' easy during break, just lifting once a week and throwing once a week. My "easy squat" day is two sets of 8 @ 150 pounds.
Greg Hadleys easy squat day is two sets of 6 @ 450 pounds.
sheesh.
I guess I now have a goal of being able to squat 300 lbs, 4x by the end of February.
