Kilted Elmo
I just watched an episode of Sesame Street with my son and during the "Elmo's World" portion of the show the topic of the day was getting dressed. Towards the end a book was telling them "The History of Getting Dressed." One of the examples was that, "In Scotland they used to wear skirts that they call kilts, and they still do." This was accompanied with a kilted dancing Elmo and another puppet in a kilt playing a set of bagpipes. You could see that the "kilts" were pleated, however the pleats on the bagpipe players kilt were in the front. As of now I can't find an image or the video online, but I'm sure in time it will make an appearance on youtube.
