Re: Kilts in new Sherlock Holmes
My wife and I saw the film on Christmas eve, keeping up with our tradition of going to see a movie on that particular day. We both enjoyed the movie very much, and had an interesting discussion of the film afterwards. The pipers were dressed in Mackenzie tartan, as you can readily see the Seaforth Highlanders badge affixed to their Glengarries. I have been unable to locate a still of that specific shot, but I am sure it will turn up one of these days. The pipers played 'Scottish Soldier,' quite a famous and most recognizable tune. Downey and Law were great, as were the actors who portrayed Professor Moriarty and Mycroft Holmes.
Cheers,
