Does anybody use any of the available Apps for either platform? There are several out there that are quite highly rated.

Or one called "Whisky Companion" that doesn't include tasting notes, but is quite inexpensive, highly rated, and is a place for storing YOUR notes, collection totals, and tallies of bottles emptied.

The Companion has a free 7 day trial which I've just downloaded. I'll post some thoughts later in the week.


My one big wish would be for an interactive version of Michael Jackson's "Complete Guide to Single Malt Scotch Whisky". But as he's deceased and there are apparently issues between his estate and the publishers of the latest guide (2010) that may never come to pass.
