Richard Brown of the Highland Warriors has reserved the "back patio" at The Vine in Niles District of Fremont for a Scottish Dinner night on Feb. 23rd. I believe you can call the restaurant for reservations. Several of the Nor Cal Rabble have been there for a party a couple of months ago and it's great. Not to worry about the cold, they have outdoor space heaters.
