Tobus,
if the sleeves really bother you they CAN be shortened from the shoulder seam. A tailor who is skilled in suit building or alterations can do it.
That way you preserve the full panel on the arm AND get the fit you desire.
That said, the sleeves don't appear overly long from the pix. I don't think you'd be committing a major fashion faux-pas if you decide to leave them as is.
