I enjoyed wearing the kilt over 4 days from last Friday to Monday morning. We had started out for the Scottish Pipe Band Championship last Friday night by being kilted at our usual watering hole in the west end of Glasgow,then on Saturday in Dumbarton and 2 nights in Arrochar at the top of Loch Lomond.
Its great to get the opportunity for extended wearing of the kilt, its just a joy to wear almost every day but its also good to have the option of alternative wear like shorts in the past couple of days which has seen the temperature rise for the first time in several weeks.
Pants do not offer the same thrill that the kilt gives and the freedom that the kilt offers but I suppose we kilt wearers are just like women in the way that we want the option of a different mode of dress when it suits us
