I am also a full time kilt wearer, except at work. As a consultant, I have to make the conversation about the problem, not about what I am wearing. Otherwise, I'm pretty much kilted. I wear Davidson, USMC, or universal kits, mostly tartan, but I have a few solid, traditional wool, and a few contemporary style kilts. Mostly positive comments when I went kilted full time. My oldest daughter's father-in-law said it was a mid-life crisis. My wife (God bless her!) said "If it's a mid-life crisis, it's a lot simpler and cheaper than a little red sportscar and a mistress."
