I got one of their "16oz" acrylics off of EBay and for the price I'm very pleased with it, but I got a "13oz" as well and if wasn't so good. It's ok again for the price, but doesn't hang, or hold the creases so well as the other one. However they do have some nice fashion tartans.
If their kilts hang like their website does, I'll give them a miss... the page is struggling like an ambulance in heavy traffic
I think I've bought a "kilt" from them a few months ago, namely the Patriot tartan...

It was so badly designed, I chucked it in the bin. It's only saving grace was the crappy little kilt pin they throw in. After taking the basting stiches (transit stitches) out, it looked more like a crumpled netball skirt or something. The pleats don't seem pressed a well as they could... Stick to HoS for budget kilts. Melville Kilts do some good ones on eBay (bauhaus boy is his seller ID
