Have nothing to do with Clanncelt or whatever they call themselves. Its the worst form of tat from Pakistan. The only Scottish thing will be the Royal Mail bag it will be delivered in 
Sorry to hear about your son. One of mine was born with spina bifida which inspired me to join LAS, but after 10 years of it I was stressed and burned out. The move to Dorset Ambulance was a huge mistake. Outsiders not welcome.
No they are all their own tartans but they aren't as bad as they look, however as a cheap starter kilt, not too bad. I did actually get the roving celt, but it is pretty poor quality but then it is cheap tat. I don't think I'll be getting anything else from them.
