Question for any with a usakilt
G'day all, just checked out the usakilt site for first time. My question to anyone who has either a casual or philabeg is do they have the reverse and double width pleat etc at each end of the pleated section?
I know that my amerikilt does not have these or darts for that matter and feel that a it effects the hang of the kilt. If I end up ordering a second kilt I would make sure the next one had all these in it. I have collected some great instructions on making my own but have yet to start on that venture, it has been a while since I last used a sewing machine (anout 17 yrs).
Also what material are the philabegs made of?
hope this all makes sense. Cheers to all Andrew
