I've already fulfilled my contract w/ him via pay-pal. I sent him the following e-mail. I figure by the way he types and gets steamed that there is another "problem" that isn't related to my statement.

First I had never called you dishonest when I received your flaming e-mail. I stated that I did not like the wording in the auction that subsequent purchases would receive free shipping when that wasn't the case. I was only buying stuff on ebay and wanting to get the best possible deal. Isn't that what you do when you buy? You said to be precise in your berating email. Here it is, precisely.

1. I bought a sporran with buy it now it was 19.00 plus 9.99 shipping.

2. I read a banner that said "Free shipping for each additional item from this seller's other listings!*"
This is copied from your listing. It is very unambiguous.

3. I bought a kilt for 24.99 that had shipping listed for 14.99

4. I went to pay-pal to pay for the items and found that the shipping was 14.99 so I sent a request for a total from you.

5. I then subsequently in good faith bought a St. Andrew kilt pin for 4.99 with listed shipping 4.99

6. I then went to pay-pal and there was no shipping charge listed at all now. So I requested another total.

7. You sent me a total for the items plus 19.99 shipping that I couldn't figure out because even the most expensive item listed was shipping 14.99.

8. I then sent you a request to correct the shipping amount that I was sure was going to be the 14.99 as that is the amount on the kilt listing and the most expensive shipping charge.

9. When you sent me the correct invoice stating "What i will do is discount the shipping for the kilt which to £14.99 that will be your total shipping cost " I was a little confused because that was the original shipping price on the kilt.

10. I paid using pay-pal and wrote "

Note:I'm O.K. with paying the most expensive shipping charge that is fair. What I don't like is your auction wording that indicates otherwise.

11. I was being honest in the fact that the auction listing stated what I copied from your auction in item #2 above.

12. I do not owe you an apology as I was stating the facts. I have fulfilled my obligations under our contract. If you are interested in your integrity I would suggest that you do the same and not attack your customers.
