Black Watch Pipers Kilts 1920's-1950
Hullo all
I am looking for documentation on the type of pleats used in The Black Watch regiment Piper's Kilts around the period of the Second World War. Bob Martin in his "All About your Kilt" shows P/M Roy's Kilt as having Knife (or Side) pleats while Officer's and OR's Kilts have Barrel (or Cane) pleats. I am trying to find out if Pipers had Barrel pleats during this period like the rest of the Regiment.
