I can echo all of the sentiment for SWK here. When mine arrived it was FAR nicer than I expected. The material is very nice (if a bit light), and the construction is excellent!
With regards to sizing - they are definately sized big. My 46" SWK is too big for me on the tightest loop, and my custom made kilt was made for a 46.5" waist and fits perfectly with the buckle at half way. I would have been better with a 44 SWK. So I would say buy the size below your measurement.
