I think I tried 3 different sets of criteria: "army kilt", "Military kilt" and "highlanders kilt"; all entered into the "All categories" search box. I'm reasonably sure that the one that worked best was the "military" one.
I've often found that you need to give some thought to how you search and try and second guess the poster of the goods that you are seeking. Ebay's search engine does seem a little quirky at times!
