A girl in my pipeband - ok, really, the pipeband where I was learning before I headed out - says her family tartan is the Blackwatch. Now, this seems a bit strange to me. Is it possible to have the government tartan as a family tartan? I don't know her surname, otherwise I could look it up myself.
