I don't. Done it about three times in my life. Once, I did get the job, but that was because I was applying @ Utilikilts. The other two times, I got passed over. I am already different enough that I don't need to introduce kilts into the equation. Got fairly long hair, and I'm overweight, so I feel like it's better to be dishonest about my appearance, and get employment. If I get the job and, after a week or so of doing good work for them, I'll ask. Otherwise, I'll keep mum about it, and keep the kilts for off-the-job situations.
When it comes to my freelance computer support and photography businesses, I will wear what I want.
