Kilts in the Wind Pictures
Every now and then a new kiltie asks about the wind. David Dalglish's pic of being kilted in a gale (pirated here, hope that's okay) got me to thinking, maybe if we post some photos of our kilts in the wind it would help the new kilties be more aware, or even relax, in the wind.
Here's David in a gale.
And some of my own kilts in the wind pics.
Utilikilt survival II in helicopter rotor wash, Hualapai Hilltop, Arizona
Utilikilt Leather, updraft in Mystery Valley, Utah
Kathy Lare 16 ounce Lochcarron Strome Macdonald of Kingsburgh. Updraft at Bright Angel Point, North Rim, Grand Canyon, Arizona.
USA Kilts MacLean Hunting Casual. Backdraft. Blue Canyon, south of Red Lake, Arizona on the Navajo Nation.
16 ounce Strathmore in Royal Air Force tartan hand sewn by Kathy Lare.
Downdraft Mt. San Jacinto above Palm Springs, California
So, show us some more kilts in the wind pics.
Thanks,
Ron

"I'll have a kilt please, a nice hand sewn tartan, 16 ounce Strome. Oh, and a sporran on the side, with a strap please."
