Pictures of USA Kilts' new store
This was posted in Rocky's "New Shop Opening!" thread as well, but I thought I would go ahead and post it here as well, for those who may not be watching that thread.
Straight back from the front door.
To the left of the front door.
The back corner of kilts.
More in a moment.

Nice pics! I would say that the carpets should be added to the website right-off, but then I would have to order one or two, and I hate to think what the shipping would be ...
A Celtic Carpet Jones is worse than a kilt jones, I'm thinking.

The carpets are made in Ireland, but they have a warehouse in NY that keeps them in stock. The shipping is ACTUALLY VERY reasonable for the size of these things... usually about $40 for the average size ones. a VERY few HUGE ones are like $120, some small ones are $30.
The prices of the carpets range from $295 to $2,099. We have marked them a good bit below MSRP so that even WITH the shipping, they're still cheaper than you'll find anywhere else.
We do planm on getting them on the website at some point... also look for some new kilt belt buckles, new t shirt designs and a WHOLE Women's section (mini kilts, kilted skirts, women's t's, yoga suit thingies, watches, etc)

I was wondering, are the rugs wool or a synthetic material? Either way, thats a good price for imported carpet. Dalton GA is only 10 miles from where I live.Around seventy percent of the worlds carpet is manufactured here. Its called appropriatly enough, the carpet capitol of the world.

The carpet is 100% wool with pure cotton backing. I ordered one for myself and 1 for Kelly and 1 for my parents for Xmas. These things are NICE!

That is indeed a good deal for a wool rug especialy an imported one.Around here its possible to buy rugs of any type, not just wool, at around 50% of wholesale, sometimes less. This is for rugs that are manufactured here. Imports are higher. A lot of people around here take rugs with them on vacation and resell them at a nice profit.
