Bottom line, these get-ups are OUT THERE, but intentionally so.
The photo caption in the original article states:

Professional models don't usually get credited.
There is a slide show that accompanies the article that includes both runway models and plebeians. In my opinion, only a couple of them have nailed an appropriate office look (what the article was about), and I'm not talking about the slouches in the sacks and sandals.
