My new 9 yard kilt came in.

This being my first custom kilt, the first question I had to ask myself is, "Is it really supposed to be this high?"

I thought the rule was "a couple of inches above the navel". I have to wear this kilt a good SIX inches above my navel in order to show my knees (award winning Bonnie Knees, according to the fine judges in Woodland, CA).

Thoughts?
