That's great that people were wearing them, but seriously... If you're going to wear something like that, do your research and make an attempt at geting it right! I go to the Rennaissance Festival here and just want to go to people and say "Would you like me to show you how to pleat that?" I once asked a guy what tartan he was wearing and got the response- "8 yarder." What clan is that? MacEightyard? I said "No, no- not the yardage- the tartan." He looked at me with this blank look and said "I don't know- what's yours?" I was wearing my USAK Clergy semitrad, and told him as much, said that whatever one he was wearing was a nice, and walked away- wishing that I had asked him if I could show him how to pleat and belt the thing! It had no pleats and was wrapped around him about 5 times. Ah well...
