It snowed today at my house. There's currently about 6" worth, and more on the way.
The Mrs. and I went for a stroll to see the "Winter Wonderland" while it lasts, and she took a few pics.
Here's the road we live on:

I decided I'd wear my Newsome MacDougall box-pleat that I got for my birthday, along with the Inverness cape that VMac3205 made for me. While I was at it, I put on the Balmoral I bought at a games this summer, a pair of green Army socks, and my hiking boots. The socks were a mistake. Everything else was warm and toasty.

Where I'm standing will, hopefully, be our new house this time next year.

All the wool I'm wearing here kept me plenty warm. The only problem was dry snow blowing in my eyes, and the socks, which are too thin to afford any real defense against the cold.
I like cold-weather kilting. I think I'll do some more of it tomorrow!
