Snow-O M G!
Well, I woke up this morning to find a few inches of snow. And it kept snowing.
I can't remember the last time it snowed more than a few millimetres in Glasgow, so this was quite an occasion.
Here are a few pictures I took and pictures of Pip and I.
The falls in Rouken Glen park:
Just a nice picture of a path in the park:
Me out in the back garden:
Pip enjoying his first proper snowfall:
Pip tripping me up as we played in the park:
All in all I was lovely and cozy in a 13oz tweed kilt and wooly jumper.
The hose Diane made me are thick and warm and not a drop of moisture got through them.
It was a fantastic day.

That truly looks like a winter wonderland.
Sometimes I miss the snow.....Heck I know people around me who have never seen any.
Thanks for posting the memories.

Amazing pics, Arlen! That one of the tree is a thing of beauty. I'm glad Pip got to learn how snow can be like before he gets to Idaho!
Btw, what do you mean that you were wearing a "jumper?" Here, that refers to a woman's dress (and I don't mean a kilt!! ).

Thank you for the compliment. I take a lot of artsy pictures and sell them on my Deviantart account, so I couldn't resist taking a few nice ones today.
As for a jumper, here it is what we call a sweater.

I spent some time in Idaho as a kid. You should be able to take some amazing photos there.
