Today in Australia and New Zealand is our National Memorial day, to remember our members of the Armed Forces who have paid the ultimate price in their service to our great Countries. We also give thanks to and remember all those who have served or are serving in the armed services.
Today commerates the 95th anniversary of the men of the Australian and New Zealand Army Corp who landed at Anzac Cove on the Gallipoli peninsula in Turkey during the Great War
In Australia the day is looked upon as the start of a process of creating an enduring identity that defines Australia and Australians to this day

They shall not grow old, as we that are left grow old:
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn
At the going down of the sun and in the morning
We will remember them.

LEST WE FORGET
