Kilted Chemo
So, getting old. Physical a couple weeks ago showed low white blood cell count. So next was a bone marrow biopsy and a CT scan. Diagnosis is Hairy Cell Leukemia. Sounds like something from Sesame Street. Anyway, if you're gonna get cancer, this is the one to have. Apparently a 5 day chemo treatment almost always puts it in long term remission.
So, today drove up to Flagstaff for the first chemo treatment. Went well. The stuff they use let me keep my hair.
So, did the chemo kilted of course.
