If the fishing's really good and I'm hungry for some trout, then my sporran's chock full of nightcrawlers and it weighs a lot.
On those flyfishing only, catch and release streams, then my sporran weighs next to nothing since it only has a dozen or so soft hackle wets, a dozen or two dry flies, and a couple of dozen different types of nymphs.
