There is a gentleman in Salado, TX that wears his cowboy hat and boots with his kilt. I have tried to do the same, but my wife has nixed that idea.

ok , the hat works , but i now see that normal pull up boots do not

Where are these pics from?

My wife was born and raised in El Paso and just can not imagine anyone wandering the streets of El Paso dressed this way.

The cowboy kilt pics? I just did a Google image search and it appears that several of them are from Texas. Not sure about the rest...
