Here in San Antonio, we are thankfully not quite that bad, but we had a good 8 or so months without rain. And the little rain we got a few weeks back was not much. Honestly, I can't wait for the tropical storm.

It's been real bad out here,it's gotten to the point of water restrictions, a few of the lakes out here are now just mud pits we have also had the damage from several major grass fires the biggest one being the rockhouse fire near Fort Davis that burned for 2 weeks back in April and burned close to 300,000 acres, the last grass fire we had here in Ector and Midland county burn 25,000 acres in 2 days. But this little bit of rain helped the problem is we flooded real bad because the groun is so dry the water just ran off.
