One more thing...
You are in Colorado. I believe the USAF academy cadets wear a parade jacket that resembles a montrose. I do not know, but there may be some connection between the academy and some local supply or supplier of these jackets... I have just looked online and can't find a picture, but they are AF blue with a little bit of white vinyl piping Buttons are most likely on cotter pins.

I have a bottle green Montrose in lightweight(ish) wool barathea. I think it is a 40 or 41. Will that help?
Thanks to MacLowlife's mad Ebay skillz, I have a used Montrose in medium green velveteen, 39 or a snug 40, just 18" across the shoulders (hence the "snug" qualifier) and 24.5" sleeves.
I could loan a PC of about US 42 long, standard issue black barathea with waistcoat.
Edited to ask: What's the date of the wedding?

I could also loan a Prince Charlie in Black Barathea with silver buttons in US size 44 long, with waistcoat. Brand new, worn only for photos. After the help you so generously extended to me . . . I would drive it down!
Were I in your place, I would get the loan of as many near-fitting PC's as I needed and have them in hand in case the doublets don't arrive on time.

Everyone who offered help in this thread, and the several others who sent me PMs, it is impossible to express just how thankful I am to everyone in text alone.
Class. This forum is full of it.
The doublets arrived today:

Everything is in order, and I'll have just enough time to get alterations and everything I needed. Once the pics come out you'll see why these particular items were so terribly important, and why a last minute rented Prince Charlie just wouldn't do.
Thanks again everyone, and since finding emergency replacements is no longer needed, I've requested that the mods close the thread.
