I know full well that I shouldn't be in a hurry.
I was just notified of my cousin's scots wedding which is to take place in October, and I do not yet have a kilt. Are there any reasonably-priced kilt-makers who can either ship to the USA (or manufacture over on this side of the pond) and are able to get it shipped out in less than a month and a half? Most distributing websites I've looked at say at least a two-month wait is required. I'm fully aware that I shouldn't rush good construction, but this is a dear cousin of mine who's a semi-pro piper, I'd feel awfully bad if I didn't have a kilt and sporran for the wedding. Any advice?
