    Do you mean the flap of leather on the back of the sporran that you feed the strap/chains through. If so you definitely need a leatherworker. Failing that a cobbler should be able to sort it out. Someone on here will definitely know the answer.

    Yep, both leather flaps have come off. It's only just clicked that they're not part of the strap! D'oh. Leatherworker or cobbler - good idea!
