Zombie Pitt Stop in Glasgow
Hollywood has come to Glasgow, at present and until the end of the month, Glasgow is substituting for the American City of Philladelphia (is spelling correct?).
World War Z is being film in Glasgow, and until the end of the month, George Square and several streets in the city centre have been turned into streets resembilng Philli with American street names, road signs, lamposts and the like. It is said that the city of Glasgow's streets and grid system resemble that of the American City.
The star of the film is none other than Hollywood ''A'' lister, Brad Pitt who is at present dodging the rain showers in between filming, he'll love our weather!
So after '' the Worlds'', we have another major attraction.
Debate is going on here about the pronunciation of the Z in the film's title, we pronounce ''Z'' as zed but Americans say zee, what is the correct pronounciation of the film's title?

I don't know if this is true or not but the film requires hundreds of Zombie extras and it is planned to recruit these extras on Saturday night in Glasgow when the pubs come out?

Well the zombies get called "zeds" a few times in the book. Neat little read BTW if you like that kind of thing.
I have always tempered my killing with respect for the game pursued. I see the animal not only as a target but as a living creature with more freedom than I will ever have. I take that life if I can, with regret as well as joy, and with the sure knowledge that nature's ways of fang and claw or exposure and starvation are a far crueler fate than I bestow. - Fred Bear

I wonder if we will see the City of Glasgow or some kilt supplier supply Brad with the kilt. Usually most personalities when visiting Scotland get kilted up, as long as we do not see '' the Hoff '' again wearing the kilt incorrectly and thinking that he was in Ireland

If you do a little research, MOST people are not happy about this Movie they are steering very far away from the premise of the book, which really has fans up in arms.
