Denver Zombie Crawl 2010

Yesterday was the 5th annual Denver Zombie Crawl. We were trying to break the world record for attendance at an even like this. Last year, there were 4000 people. This year was bigger... It was huge!! And a little crazy. Here are some pictures:

Never made the honeymoon... Poor thing!

Zombies have learned to work cameras! Just don't give them guns!!

These gentlemen protected me. They were very helpful.

Ryan and Angela never got the chance to bite me!

This one was fresh. He had the shuffle and moan brainlessly thing down to a science. Of course, he's been doing that since the late 1980's, so this blank look is something I am accustomed to seeing from him!

If you're going to miss heaven, miss it by a lot!!

Zombie gladiator?!?!

A couple Highland dancers and a zombie piper!! The girls were really good, but the one in the black kept falling out of her shirt!!

Something I never in a million years thought I would see... A crossing guard for zombies!!

After it was all over, Chris, Ryan, Angela, Jackie and myself got dinner to go at Tokyo Joe's, and went back to Chris's place to watch Zombieland. Seemed a fitting end to the day. So how did you spend your Saturday?

I have to tell you, Ted- this was the most rediculous thing I have ever had the pleasure to be involved in! Next year, I'll go in costume. I didn't know about it in time this year. I heard about it Friday night.

Oh My God that is funny, especially the crossing guard!
...and there I was, 30 years ago.....getting "dressed" for the Rocky horror picture show.
