Cajunscot: Lower badge is "Order of Armigerous Augustans" and the breast star is "Company of the Rose" a noble company in the Augustan Society. I don't wear these anymore cause I'm inactive.

Aha! I thought it might be an AS badge. Unfortunately, there are no pictures on the AS web site of their regalia, more's the pity.
