Actually, I think that more than one event lays claim to being the largest - don't know which is, but - there is also: "All are welcome to attend SFU's infamous annual Robbie Burns Dinner and Silent Auction, the leading fundraising event for SFU's Pipe Band" - pricy, but I'll bet that the piping is the best in BC

No bet there, there simply ARE the best band in BC, the best band in Canada and one of the top three bands in the world. As for event size, I think we had a small group last night of only 375 while previous years have crested 400 so I guess it depends on how other events are attended.
