Most, if not all of the major hotels in Halifax have kilted staff. And then there's all the restaurants, tourists bus services etc., all around the province that have some sort of kilted staff during the late spring to early autumn.

young ladies serving customers and tending bar wear very very short miniskirts of the tartan variety at the FREDERICKSBURG PUB in Fredericksburg VA. Great Bourbon Barrel Stout there by Bluegrass Brewing Company and some of the finest legs to ever emerge from a mini-kilt in the land I do believe.

Re: Kilted waiters in Luss
There used to be a restuarant call The Pub in Rocky River, Ohio that had the waitstaff wearing kilts. The woman did not mind wearing kilts, but I think the men did not like wearing them. One of the waiters found it inconvenient. The Pub was part of a chain of restuarants, but the Rocky River site closed and reopened as a coffee shop. I don't think Clevelanders appreciate an English-style pub.
