Chewse, while all these sound like good advise, I am going to keep it simple for the game tonight. While cheering on the Rangers, I hope to refresh myself with quality Belhaven ale, as a personal gesture against Budlight beer (for those that don't know, the home of the apposing team, the Cardinals, is Busch Stadium).

Cheese goes well with scotch, specifically a nice Blue Stilton. Really, any strong-flavored cheese will do I suppose, but Stilton really brings out the notes in the scotch.
